What to check first
Which client version do I need?
WotLK Classic 3.4.4. Unpack our archive from the Play now page on top of it — it is already set up for our server.
The game does not download its files
Install the game in a separate folder, not in Program Files, check that there is enough disk space, and run it with write access to the game folder.
The server is unavailable, but my internet works
Check the login and game world status on the Play now page. If there is maintenance, there will be a news post about it.
Where can I reset my password?
In your account on the site: on the login page click "Forgot password?". Never share your password — not even with someone who says they are staff.
Where do I submit a bug report?
To the forum, in the Bug reports section. Write where it happened, on which character, what you expected and what actually happened.
